About Our Pranks
Of course. We ship everything with complete discretion. The envelope has no return address and doesn’t give your information out unless you do something illegal (don’t do that) or are involved in a legal lawsuit (sexual harassment, stalking, etc) and we are required by law. If you’d like the recipient to know who sent the envelope, include a customized message and write whatever you’d like.
If you are a recipient of such a gift, please don’t contact us, we don’t provide any details (or clues) to the person who took joy in sending you the envelope.
That is correct. Our pranks do not contain any underwear inside, just a card and some candy!
Made a mistake? Not to worry, as long as we haven’t already sent your item we should be able to change your message for you. Please get in touch ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org
It's completely up to you! You can choose to send this to the boss that scheduled you for a double sift on your birthday, an ex that cheats on you with your best friend, a noisy neighbor that never lets you sleep at night, or even you just want to send a pair to your house and prank your husband! Shipping & Delivery
If your package was marked delivered, but it doesn’t seem to have been delivered, you can contact your local USPS facility or see the USPS help topic on what to do here. Once the item leaves our hands, we no longer have control of the package and have fulfilled our end of the purchase agreement. You will have to go through the USPS to resolve the matter. The USPS master number is at the bottom, but typically it is better to call the local office in the zip code it was delivered to for expedited help.

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you selected the "Free Shipping" method then you will NOT receive anymore updates on your order. Thats why its recommend to purchase tracking on your order. If you do purchase tracking then you will receive a Canada Post tracking number with attached to your shipping confirmation email.
To have your shipments arrive by December 25, 2022, be sure to send your packages before the cut-off date. The cut-off date varies depending on the carrier and the shipping services used for the package.
The following shipping cut-off dates are provided by the shipping carriers and are based on expected holiday shipping volumes. Due to continued challenges with worldwide supply-chains, unexpected delays are still possible. Ship your orders as early as possible to ensure they reach customers by December 25, 2022.

Unfournatley due to the size of the package we cannot ship these with lettermail or stamps. Normally we can ship our envelope pranks with free shipping as they are small and thin. Not the case for the Bed Bath & Huge Dildos prank, sorry.
After an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business day for processing. During November & December, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. The shipping timelines below start after an order has been processed. For example, an order placed on a Friday, with 2 day shipping, will not ship until the following Monday.

If your tracking number shows that it has shipped, but the information has not updated, here is what you can do:
1. If the tracking shows “Label Created, not yet in system” and it has been more than 7 days, it likely means the USPS has lost your package at some point and has not scanned it into the system. When labels are created, it means the package has left our warehouse on a USPS truck. You can submit a replacement request by contacting us below or sending an email to email@example.com with “Replacement” as the subject.
2. If the tracking information shows “In transit, arriving late” it means they are behind schedule for some reason or there is a delay. Certain events like busy holidays, labor issues, wildfires, coronavirus and other issues can cause a package to arrive later than expected. You should contact the USPS for further information:

Yes! Please select United States in the drop down for your Country/region and then select Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe or Armed Forces Pacific in the State drop down in checkout. Please note APO or FPO in the City field.
All APO/FPO orders ship via USPS from the United States.
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 - 48 hours, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org just in case there’s a problem with your order.
Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
If you placed multiple orders then the confirmation emails most likely ended up in your spam / junk
Payment & Billing
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via email@example.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we may not be able to provide a refund.
All Sales Are FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE
As all orders are made up on demand, we're unable to offer refunds on our pranks.

I cannot change any billing address once a order is placed, only shipping.
Good news is, you are fine!! As long as you have the correct shipping then the payment will still go through. This usually happens when you use PyPal express checkout.
If you need to change your shipping address please email us ASAP so we can switch it before it ships out.
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
