SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. If you order any time Monday – Friday then you should expect your order to be processed and dispatched within one working day. This prank is for novelty purposes only. Orders should only be sent to people who are 18+ in age. It is not for the use of bullying, harassment or any other form of intimidation to its intended victim(s) Any such acts will NOT be tolerated.
There are numerous reasons why your order may not have arrived in the time frame that was quoted by our customer service team. Shipments are often delayed or misdirected by third-parties due to incorrect addresses and other factors beyond our control.
We ship from Canada so we cannot update you on your order if you did not purchase tracking for your order. Given that these mishaps occur outside of our control, we may not be held liable for shipping delays. However, If it has been more than 30 business days upon fulfillment, we can reship or refund you, however, if you choose to get your order reshipped your victim may end up receiving both in the mail.
